Re：Child Molestation Date Posted：11/30/2012 3:15 AMCopy HTML I am a survivor of molestation my step father molested me over a period of yrs it started at 10 I as a child thought it was a test from mom to see if I was sexing she never talked yo me about what was inappropriate touching never did he try to penetrate me he was only interested in eating me out once I started denying him and blocking my bedroom door with my bed he would slide 100's of dollars under my door now making me feel guilty I had sex at 11yrs old out of fear that my first experience would possibly be rape but defineitly unwanted this continued till I was 14 when I finally told my mom who chose not to believe me so I became a product of the streets where i took to but today I am TOUGH as nails and can deal with ALL things no matter how they come I have forgiven him he is still is my moms husband but she and I have yet to discuss this issue #LIFELONGSCARS

I told my mother but then recanted my confession because I didn't want to cause conflict between my mom and her sister. It didn't come up again until I was in my senior year in HS during a class discussion.

Me and her went over to one of her friends house that live down the street and around the block from me. We was walking to school together. So we get in the house and her dad just stares at us with a flirtatious smile on his face. She told us that he likes younger girls. And she told us to just smile and be polite. It was so creepy. I try to look at tv and act normal. Finally she was ready and he was still looking at us but I knew he was staring at me because he never see me before. It was just so creepy to me.

After my mom left him is when it started, at first with rubbing, progressing to oral, then penetration. One day my mom came to see me and my brother and I told her what was happening, and she flat out called me a liar, telling me to stop making up lies. She left me there and a few months later one of my teachers recommended i speak to a counselor at school because I seemed withdrawn. I told my counselor at school, who called the police and my mother. I was taken out of my dads house and had to live with my mother. I remember going to court and having to explain in private what happened, being painfully shy and at 8/9 years old having difficulty explaining everything he did to me. I dont recall if he spent any time in jail, if he did it was brief (this was in the 80's), but I was ordered to counseling alone, with my mom and also with my father, who had to go to group meetings also. Eventually my father moved up north and married another lady who had 2 daughters (they were 8 and 10) and a son (he was 6), which he eventually molested. He spent a month in jail and again ordered to counseling. My brother had still lived with him, because they believed he was safe. Until this happened then he moved with me and my mom. This woman divorced my father and he eventually moved in with another lady with a 3 year old son, who he eventually raped. Finally he got sentenced to 5 years minimum security prison. Hes been out of prison for 25 years now, has to report to a probation officer every month and register on the sex offenders registry. The part that sucks the most is even knowing that he molested 4 other children my mother to this day still believes that I made up him molesting me. She eventually told me that he was molested by his brother, and they in turn molested their younger sister. There was a place that was a big home for mentally handicapped and they had a farm where my father worked, he had gotten in trouble for inappropriate touching of animals. Later fired for groping a young handicapped girl. Knowing all this about my father and my mother still stayed with him, and still accused me of making it up.

Re：Child Molestation Date Posted：07/12/2018 6:41 PMCopy HTML So let me give a bit of history lesson on why molestation in the Black Community has been a well known secret and why it goes on without being discussed.Back when we had no rights and were known as just property white men would do what they wanted to use cause we had no rights and nothing could be done.Boys were touched and young girls were raped.You took it cause it was either that or get hung from a tree.They did it so often that the black people became numb to it and thought that's just how things are.Then it was passed down from generation to generation.Black men started to do it just so they can know how it feels to be on the other side of doing it.It was done to them so they do it to others that they can.So when the grandmother don't want to talk about it,its because they are numb to it and never had the courage to stand up to the abuse.They couldn't and they still believe they can't.

So growing up the bulling affected me in ways to this day I have a hard time getting over the guy that molested me was one of my dads cousins he ended up killing his girlfriend back in 2001 and jumped off a bridge and killed himself so at least karma caught up to him. I never even took my mother about being molested until I was 18 and I am 37 now but this is a tough subject my heart goes out to everyone that every had to suffer through this.
