I was talking with  someone today about what happened to the blacks from my generation. when crack stepped on the scene it really wiped out the black community. I feel this contributed to why many women in my generation don't know how to be wives and mothers, don't know how to cook from scratch, how to clean, The same thing with men, don't  know how to be husbands  and fathers don't know how to build and fix things, work on cars, instead of role models were no longer pillars in the community that contribute to a good cause..... the role models turned into the terrors of  the community, gangster  rappers and drug dealers.....people lost there minds especially when the east and west coast feud began. So now we have a big gap of mindless uneducated unmotivated seeds that have sprouted and are now or have reproduced.........

White people collectively and subconsciously want to be Black because they admire or envy but it really does not matter the reason. We have continued to rise up and just look at our creativity and right to survival capability. It's a history I am proud to be a part of as even as much as the truth of that history hurts. White people would never want to trade places with us. This is mainly because they have witnessed what their own has done to us.  They realize they are the reason why we've had to struggle  and fight for basic rights to live over the last 500 years. Why would they want to put themselves through that?? This is why some people believe white liberals are incapable of being a true ally and can you blame them. They talk the talk but would they honestly walk the walk? Hell no they wouldn't not even for a day!  Because of our rising up what we end up with is pushback and guilt aka the by product of white fragility. This is why the make dumb ass comments and cry fake ass pleas  when they are presented with the truth.  Everything can be explained logically and its always factual and its worse the farther you go into history. 

Do you know all the words to “The Star-Spangled Banner”? Many people have difficulty memorizing the lyrics of the first verse of this song, which is commonly performed at sports events and other public gatherings. But did you know that there are three additional verses that we almost never hear?

In 1814, the poet and lyricist Francis Scott Key penned the lyrics to “The Star-Spangled Banner,” originally known as “Defense of Fort M’Henry.” During the War of 1812, Key witnessed the attacks on Baltimore and wrote the words based on his experiences this night. These lyrics were printed in local newspapers and set to the tune of an existing song called “Anacreon in Heaven,” and then officially arranged by John Philip Sousa. Key’s famous lyrics entered the world as a broadside ballad, or a song written on a topical subject, and printed for wide distribution.

More than a century later, in 1916, President Woodrow Wilson signed an executive order designating “The Star-Spangled Banner” as the national anthem, and in 1931, the US Congress confirmed the decision. The tune has kicked off ceremonies of national importance and athletic events ever since.

While the first verse of “The Star-Spangled Banner” is widely known by the American public, the last three verses are generally omitted in performances. Here are all the four verses, as they were written 200 years ago by Key:

O say can you see, by the dawn’s early light,

Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight

All of this shit pisses me off to be honest.Sandra Bland's altercation definitely had me on edge.  I just kept thinking this  could have been me. I used to work 60 miles away from home so I was always on the high way. I was always driving and most of the commute was through rural areas that were probably considered 'sunset towns' back in the day. It was scary but I made it through those years and was pulled over one time by a Texas state trooper. Luckily I made it out without drama and he gave me a warning and I was on my way.  The Tamir Rice bullshit pisses me off the most. He was a fucking baby and they gave zero fucks about him. He was a little boy with a toy as little boys do and he lost his life behind it.
